Pride and shame are powerful weapons in the fight for life. Negative forces come at you from all angles with one mission in mind; to get you to abort your baby. You might think my parents will kick me out. Or they will make me have an abortion, so they don’t have to deal with the shame. If this is your daughter, then ask yourself what is worse: the shame others can see or what God will know to be true? We cannot hide the guilt that will follow us if we take part in ending the life of His child. There is hope for us to win the war. When it comes to weapons in the fight for life, we have our own. No weapon forged against us can prevail when we put on the armor of the Lord. Trust in Him for strength. Keep His promises at the fore of your mind. Remember He will never tempt us above what we can bear without giving us a means to escape. I Corinthians 10:13.
